Construct a building pad for a new office at the McDonald Island Compressor Station & Gas Storage Facility. The location of the new building is in a flood zone & required a building pad to be constructed to raise the building above the projected water level. Project consisted of striping & excavation of a 25 acres borrow pit & placement/compaction of 100,0000 CY of fill dirt.
